Sarica Niculitel - Sarica Essentia - Aligote.

From 1912, when the first clones of Aligoté were brought and until now, no matter where it was planted, Aligoté has not given anywhere more spectacular results, full of typicality, as in Niculițel. The main explanation is, of course, in the terroir.

Aligoté is a mineral wine, with high acidity in which we distinguish discreet aromas of white flowers, apple and notes of reclaimed earth. Tastefully we recognize the green apple and citrus with slight notes of wormwood at the end.
