After 12 months of maturation in French second-hand barrels, the Cabernet Sauvignon has that ambition, but with a touch of opulence that ends in a firm astringency, specific to the variety.

Ruby red wine with aromas of black cherries and currants, with hints of chocolate velvety. Full and balanced taste, with well integrated tannins, followed by a remarkable fasting taste.
