The return of the product / products ordered and delivered by Vin24.ro will be made exclusively to xxxxxxxxxxxx SRL, at the address in Bucharest, xxxxxxxx, postal code xxxxxx, telephone xxxxxxxxxxxxx by sending them, at the expense of the buyer, by DPD - 031.824.9090, within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.
We mention that the products will be returned in the original packaging.
In order to send the return products, by courier it is necessary to fill in a return form from your account where you must mention:
- the list of products proposed for return together with the order number (return request - from your account);
- the reason for the return;
This will create a return request, which will be analyzed by our team. If you need additional information you will be contacted in writing or by phone by one of our colleagues. Then the status of the request will change to "Waiting for the package" and a form will be automatically generated which will have to be printed and entered in the return package.
Upon receipt of the package by us, we will analyze the products, and if they comply with the conditions mentioned above regarding the return of products, the request will be approved and the return of money will be initiated. For the return of the money it is necessary to mention:
- IBAN account and full name of the sender;
For returned products that show damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear, scratches, bumps, damaged stamp, etc. vin24.ro will have the right to choose whether or not to accept the return of the products.
After approving the return, the value of the ordered products, delivered by vin24.ro and subsequently returned by the buyer, under the conditions mentioned above, will be returned exclusively by bank transfer, to the account sent by e-mail within 14 working days from return delivery date.
vin24.ro assumes the right to refuse the refund of packages that come improperly packaged.
The returned products must be in the same condition as upon receipt: no damage, no defects (except in the situation where the customer reported the presence of a defect to the representatives of vin24.ro). All returned packages must be in the same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging, undamaged, without other improvised elements.
