Red varieties

The grape varieties for red wines are probably not absent from the current vineyards, where the climate allows to obtain them. The varieties are local - Romania has some extremely valuable red varieties - but also international from the common ones with a few exclusive exceptions at a few wineries.

Wines obtained from red varieties can be both red wines (obviously) but also red wines. Red wines can be dry red wine, semi-dry red wine, semi-sweet red wine and sweet red wine. Also rose wines can be - dry rose wine, semi-dry rose wine, semi-sweet rose wine and sweet rose wine.
