The Hermeziu varieties are Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer, Chardonnay, Feteasca Alba, Feteasca Regala, Viorica, Rieslng de Rhin, Pinot Gris. For the red ones - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Rara Neagra, Saperavi, Malbec, Feteasca Neagra and Busuioaca de Bohotin.
