The company manages approximately 1,700 ha of vineyards.

Diversity

The cultivated varieties are both international and domestic. Grasa de Cotnari (510 ha), Tamaioasa romaneasca (460 ha), Feteasca alba (220 ha) and Francuska (210 ha) have a large share.

Prince Matthew's domains

A winery that manages 7o hectares around the two hills, Teganeanu and Zorilor, on which grows an old vine over 40 years old. A legacy with an obligation of continuity in a select world of wine, from Dealu Mare.

VARIETY

In the Prince Matei fields, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Feteasca Neagra are cultivated from the red varieties. Of the white varieties, only Feteasca Regala was planted.

The wines obtained are white tomatoes and roses vinified only in dry wine.

Domeniile Panciu

Panciu Winery is located in the heart of the vineyard of the same name near Tifesti in northern Vrancea.

The winery manages approximately 120 hours of vines and ensures an annual production of 2 million liters.

VARIETY

The varieties cultivated in Panciu are Romanian Feteasca Alba, Feteasca Regala, Sarba, Galbena de ODobesti, Tamaioasa Romaneasca, Babeasca Neagra and Feteasca Neagra. Averesti domains

Winery from Husi Moldova Romania vineyard. The cultivated area is 650 ha, the products being white rose and dry red semi-sweet semi-sweet red wines.

Variety

From the cultivated varieties, the Husi vineyard at Domeni Averesti: obviously the most important variety cultivated here is the Husi slag. We also mention Feteasca Regala, Feteasca Alba, Busuioaca de Bohotin, Aligote, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Traminer.

Balla Geza wine cellar

Vanju Mare domains

The Vanju Mare domains cover 133 ha in the Severinulu vineyard in Mehedinti Oltenia county. The plantations are in the 3 farms Orevita, Bucurea and Nicolae Balcescu.

Macin wines

Area

The wine area is located near the Sarica Niculitel vineyard. The cultivated area is about 300 ha of vines, in the area between the Macinului Mountains Natural Park and that of Chervant hill, while approximately the other half of the cultivated vines are located in the Carcaliu hill area.

VARIETY

The cultivated varieties are the representative ones for this part of Dobrogea. The aligote clearly not absent from this area which is said to be the most suitable for this variety (from Romania). The girls are successfully cultivated Royal and White. Sauvignon Muscat and Tamaioasa as well. Also the Italian Risling and the white Chardonnay. The red varieties are the classic ones found in almost all Feteasca Neagra, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir vineyards. Petit Verdot is cultivated in Macin.

Aurelia Visinescu wines

The history of Aurelia Visinescu wines begins in 2003 when the company Domeniile Sahateni was actually founded. The cultivated area is about 82 ha and has a production of 1,000,000 bottles of wine per season.

The winery is located in the heart of the Dealu Mare Muntenia Romania wine area.

A little history of the place

Although the northern part of the country is not among the most notable wine-growing areas in Romania, the development of vines here is a fairly old practice. The slopes of Ratesti have been known since the time of Count Károlyi, when the Swabian population settled here in the mid-1700s and established significant vine crops.
