Vinarte - Prince Matei

Vinification : grapes from established plots enjoying optimal natural conditions for obtaining maximum quality. The number of bunches per vine is limited in such a way as to result in a balance between the accumulation of sugar , flavoring and coloring matter concentration . Very careful grape selection is done manually both harvesting and sorting lane before crushing and de-stemming . The must is sent in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks where they held maceration and alcoholic fermentation ( for 25 days). Wine comes in barrique of 225 liters s French origin , where malolactic fermentation and aging take place for a period of 12 months. After this period, the wine is bottled in bottles and kept in the cellar at least six months .
Serving recommendation : Consumer optimum temperature is 18 oC. It can serve as red meat , noble game with complex sauces , Romanian traditional menu or meat seasoned with cheese .
 
POTENTIAL aging : wine can be aged in bottle ( 10-15 years ) , under the cellar, thus gaining a velvety texture and a complex bouquet .
